1 Pork Boston Butt, Pork Shoulder or Pork Loin Roast
Garlic Powder
Black Pepper
Salt
1 to 2 cans of Coors Light Beer
Hamburger buns or Sliced Sandwich Rolls
Remove Pork from package. Generously cover with Garlic powder on large side. Pepper as desired. Place this side into medium sized to large pot that is already heated to medium. Cook until browned well. Garlic powder and pepper raw side before flipping roast. Continue on all sides until browned. Add one to one and a half cans of Coors Light. Reduce heat and simmer for several hours, until meat is fork tender and able to be shredded easily at center of roast. Remove from heat. Allow to cool slightly. Remove roast to cutting board. Using 2 forks, pull pork into shreds, removing fat as you find it. Replace meat to pot with juices.
Delicious served on rolls or hamburger buns. Top with your favorite barbecue sauce or eat as is.
