Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato Sandwiches

White bread, toasted

Sliced Bacon

Lettuce

Tomatoes, sliced

Mayonnaise

Directions:

Cook bacon in large skillet, turning to cook on both sides.  Alternatively, you may bake in an oven on an oven rack over a sheet pan. Drain on paper towels.

Wash and dry lettuce.

Assemble sandwiches.  Spread mayonnaise on one side of toast.  Place tomatoes on this side.  Add bacon and then lettuce.  Top with remaining slice of bread.
