One box of Pillsbury Pie Crust
One can Solo Cake and Pastry Filling, any flavor such as Apricot or Raspberry
One egg, beaten
Flour
Roll out pie crust on cutting board, using flour to prevent sticking.
Using a biscuit cutter, cut out rounds over entire crust. Remove circles to baking sheet.
Place scant 1/2 teaspoon of Pastry Filling in center of each circle. Pick up circle. Fold edges together, pressing in center, then outside edges together before pinching the rest together. Wipe off any excess filling. Place onto baking sheet. Brush tops with beaten egg wash. Re-roll scraps when done with both crusts. Use egg wash to seal crusts as necessary.
Bake at 375 to 400 degrees until browned. Use spatula to loosen from sheet. Cool on baking sheet before eating.
You may top with glaze made from icing sugar and water, if desired.
