1 can (5 oz) Chunk Light Tuna in water or oil, drained
3/4 lb. Elbow Macaroni, Pasta Shells or Spirals
1 Large Can (23 oz ) Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 to 4 oz Cheese: Cheddar, American, White American or Process Cheese Food such as Velveeta
2 to 3 dashes of Black Pepper, to taste.
Cook pasta according to package directions in medium saucepan, cooking until done but slightly firm. Drain in colander, rinse and return to pan.
Stir in cream of mushroom soup. Using a fork, flake tuna into pot and stir to combine. Add cheese and pepper. Continue stirring until cheese is completely melted. Serve warm.
