Tuna Casserole

1 can (5 oz) Chunk Light Tuna in water or oil, drained 3/4 lb. Elbow Macaroni, Pasta Shells or Spirals 1  Large Can (23 oz ) Cream of Mushroom Soup 2 to 4 oz  Cheese: Cheddar, American, White American or Process Cheese Food such as Velveeta 2 to 3 dashes of Black Pepper, to taste. Cook pasta according to package directions in medium saucepan, cooking until done but slightly firm.  Drain in colander, rinse and return to pan. Barbecue Pulled Pork Sandwiches

1 Pork Boston Butt, Pork Shoulder or Pork Loin Roast Garlic Powder Black Pepper Salt 1 to 2 cans of Coors Light Beer Hamburger buns or Sliced Sandwich Rolls Remove Pork from package.  Generously cover with Garlic powder on large side.  Pepper as desired.  Place this side into medium sized to large pot that is already heated to medium.  Cook until browned well.  Garlic powder and pepper raw side before flipping roast.  Continue on all sides until browned.  Add one to one and a half cans of Coors Light.  Reduce heat and simmer for several hours, until meat is fork … Continue reading Barbecue Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Turkey Tacos

1 pound Ground Turkey 85% Lean 1/4 tsp Salt Dash Black Pepper 1-1/2 tsp Garlic Powder 2 tsp Cumin, Paprika and Chili Powder Shredded cheese Soft tortillas or Hard Taco shells Salsa Optional:  Shredded lettuce, Jalapenos, Green Peppers, Onions, Hot Sauce, Guacamole, Sour Cream, Lettue Directions: Place Ground Turkey in large skillet over medium heat.  When turkey begins to brown, add spices.  Use less or more to taste, stirring frequently to continue combining spices and cook turkey evenly.  Once turkey is browned completely, remove from heat.  Fill taco shells or tortillas with meat, cheese and toppings.  Enjoy!   Continue reading Turkey Tacos
